Marco 11 was founded in 2014 by Marco Antonio Lopez Perez a licensed, professional Civil Engineer. Along with his wife Lizabeth and 4 sons- Marco, Antonio, Samuel & David have worked to contribute to our local El Sargento/ La Ventana economy by providing employment to many families within the surrounding community which has provided us great happiness and satisfaction.
Prior to settling in El Sargento/ La Ventana in 2008, Marco gained experience and was mentored by his father from the age of 6 while living in La Paz, BCS. Over the years he learned the various processes and techniques used by his father and perfected with his years of practical experience. Over those years, Marco continued working alongside his father implementing various construction methods and preparing himself with specialized construction principles and courses, ultimately obtaining a degree in Civil Engineering- with a focus on construction. His Civil Engineering degree was enhanced with additional certificates in electrical, hydro sanitary, rainfall/ erosion control and special installation modules .
At Marco 11 we are proud of our work and attention to detail towards providing the best results possible for our clients long term enjoyment. Marco 11 is known within our community as reasonable and honest and we always try to deliver our projects on time and on budget. Of course client changes, modifications or revisions will typically impact both the schedule and agreed budget.
